What worked?:
- Keeping a track of routine, high impact tasks is a great way of accomplishing something significant in the day regardless of what else happens.
What went wrong?:
- I thought to reward myself with a high-carb meal for having spent the day so well, and it went downhill from there.
What did we learn?:
- Stick with the problem. Don’t distract yourself with “rewards for good behaviour”. The good behaviour in itself is the reward.
- Start with the most difficult task. At this time, that remains creating and publishing content.
